“An answer to someone who is searching for a mantra to peace and harmony for the mind, body and soul. When you feel life is on a fast track which fails to slow down no matter how much you want it to sometimes and you have no control left over the time and the speed of your life, this book is an answer to know how you can do that and yet live your life. In todays fast moving world we fail to slow down and reflect on our lives. We are all in such a hurry at all times that we almost rush past the best things in life that come in small packages.”

Every person I have come across seems to have only extreme views on this book. Either they love this or else they hate it. And I do fall in the latter category. It is great in patches. So exercepts stand out but as a whole, the book was a let down for me.
