This was an sms frm Preeti early morning ! Didnt think about it much ..
But later yesterday when i was feelin very down that i suddenly received a call from a friend i had lost in touch with more than 3 yrs ago . right in my high scool. We used to be great friends at school and as it happend with most school friendships we thought it ended there and we just moved on .
She had called up and we jus went on talking all night. and i suddenly realised i wasnt feeling down .As she keptthe phone down she jus said “we r good friends arent we ? ” and i didnt say a reply i jus nodded my head and the reply came in “thanks thyagu ” i guess she knew i nodded . I didnt even hav to speak somethin………
i guess that’s wht friendship is all abt… not the words but understanding silence!!!!
