Yes all activities including blogging ,googling checking mails ,downloading zip files ,all of these have lead to the recent poor performance students have shown in educational instituitions with internet ;)
My college has gone on with this

posted on March 4th 2007after a lot of time we got them enabled ;) thanks to Public request request about making Orkut available ,i guess once that was done blogger.com wasnt difficult at all
