Its about the First Move a man makes to a woman .Its important for it can either help him impress her or be trashed for ever with no second chance .
A sample conversation
Scene in a famous city pub , three girls sitting together and doing what they do everyday talking about pickup lines .
gal1:hey u know ,there was this guy who came up asked ” Hey ,are rohit`s sister ? ”
was that supposed to be romantic ? and all three of them start laughing aloud.
gal2: there is another guy who comes up to me and says “I have been admiring your beautiful hair for a long time now ” and i said HELLO i just arrived here and laughter starts all over again .
No matter how pains women are made to go through in their lives ,bearing child and so on ,the pain that a man goes through making that one first move to the girl he likes is so torturous .
Its like no other pain ,no second chances as well you see .
Girls slow down a little ,first times can go wrong we know that always dont we ?

n u Poor Guys (as u say) bother for only such gals n not for the real good ones….if u r running behind of such gals its not our mistake….remember one thing da “EXCEPTIONS ARE NOT EXAMPLES”.Those gals whom u meant are exceptions amongst us n not examples for the same…..hope u understand……
n well yeah abt proposin….if u have been really in love with her…she wud have surely understud tat…may be an official proposal might happen…then in tat case it wud never be a failure….if in case it is not accepted, it wud be for reasons like parents, fear for society…absltly not for anyother reason…(hope u ll understand this becos u have lil experience in this i guess;-))
in the above case as u mentioned..its al one or two hours longing love in pubs…..they wud surely disappear in some time….u neednt bother for such things…..
i neednt say all this….thnk u have good experience over this too…;-)

try honesty, sometimes it works too…
like 1 time, i wanted to talk to a girl n went up to her n used a lame line, she was irritated so rather than being discouraged, i said that “u look beautiful, so i thought, y not chat with u” n then chatted with her for a long time :) :)
