Growing is not always healthy for everyone . Infosys for the first time today reduced its profit and revenue outlook for a year .
As i was talking earlier about how outsourcing is being hit by rising rupee .

It will be intersting to see how other companies come up with .Somehow the concept of indians being the cheap labour is on my mind ,the day when we become costly enough to hire ,would the big american companies still hire us ? or go looking for another developing country and its cheap labour .After all every country has to have its turn . :-)

Its already started. The cost of hiring an Indian software engineer (a good one at that) is becoming higher and higher. riya.com for instance has decided to shift their development office back to the US since they are finding Bangalore too costly.
